Why do I have to register again?

All users are required to re-register to ensure the best possible experience on the new platform. This step allows you to update your personal information, refine your preferences, and benefit from a more personalized experience, including tailored event recommendations and faster access to relevant content. Re-registration is also necessary due to technical and security improvements with the new system. 

When can I register for the new platform?

Registration is possible after the migration is completed. We will inform all current users via email once the platform is online. 

What happens with my current user account and data?

Your current account and data will not automatically transfer to the new platform. By re-registering, you will create a new account on the upgraded site. This is an opportunity to update your information and ensure your profile is fully aligned with your interests. Nearly all familiar content will still be available on the new platform. 

We will delete old user accounts after a transition phase until end of January 2026.

Will I still receive updates/emails? 

Yes, you will continue to receive updates and emails—once you have re-registered on the new platform. Re-registration ensures you remain subscribed to important news, event invitations, and exclusive materials.

If you do not re-register on the new website, we will stop sending updates with the deletion of old accounts end of January 2026.

What happens to my personalized area if I am part of a program (e.g. JUMPstart)? 

The MyProfile page will not be available anymore, your personal content will be visible in the top menu bar when you are logged in.

We will watch out on a regular basis for your re-registration on the new platform. Please allow some time to map your usergroup (approx. 1-2 weeks).
